HomeUp Property Management was started back in 2014, as the real estate business grew, extending more services was a natural evolution. John Accardo with his 18+ years of personal real estate experience is currently leading the HomeUp enterprise. His pedigree of combined business, construction, contractor management, and accounting are all resources he enjoys deploying to serve all associated with the HomeUp business. In collaboration with his wife, Sunny Accardo, they are able to protect your assets, by proactively maintaining each property, and following all real estate rules such as the Fair Housing Act. They treat each tenant as an important partner that deserves their attention and service to maximize their tenancy and experience. Vendors are an important part of the business and at HomeUp you can count on them to act swiftly and professionally!
